Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QrMakerLab.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

QrMakerLab provides a free, browser-based tool for generating static QR codes from user-supplied text, links, WiFi credentials, contact details, and similar data. The Service runs client side, meaning QR code content is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

No Account Required

The Service does not require registration. There is no user account, password, or subscription tied to your use of the generator.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use QrMakerLab only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to generate QR codes that:

Because QrMakerLab generates static codes locally and does not review or store the content you encode, you are solely responsible for the data you put into a QR code and for how you distribute the resulting image.

Static Codes and No Ongoing Service

QrMakerLab produces static QR codes only. The information you encode is embedded directly in the code pattern at the moment of creation. We do not host, redirect, or manage links on your behalf, and we cannot edit, disable, or track a code after you have downloaded it. If a destination link changes or stops working after you print a code, that is outside our control since nothing about a static code depends on our service staying online.

Intellectual Property

The QrMakerLab name, logo, and website design are the property of QrMakerLab.com. The QR codes you generate, and any logo or image you upload into them, remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you create with the tool.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, including payment or contribution pages, that are not owned or controlled by QrMakerLab. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated QR codes will scan correctly on every device or scanner app, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QrMakerLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
